3 C chopped celery
1 C chopped onion
1 C ketchup
1 C bbq sauce
1 C water
2 T vinegar
2 T Worcestershire Sauce
2 T brown sugar
1 t chili powder
1 t salt
½ t pepper
½ t garlic powder
4-5 pound roast
Mix the above ingredients and cook all day in your slow cooker.
*even better cooked a couple of days prior to serving
Cool the roast/roasts, pull apart with fingers
Put pulled meat back with sauce
Heat and serve on fresh rolls
