Banana Pineapple Delight

Better than yummy... this is super yumma-liscious.

2/3 cup butter (melted)
2 cups graham wafer crumbs
2 eggs
2 cups icing sugar
1 cup butter (room temp)
1 tsp vanilla
1 14oz can crushed pineapple (drained, reserve juice)
5 bananas
2 cups fresh whipping cream
chopped pecans
chocolate sauce
maraschino cherries

Combine melted butter and graham wafer crumbs and pat into a 9x13 pan.

Beat eggs on high for 4 minutes, add icing sugar, butter, and vanilla and beat for 5 more minutes. Spread over crumbs in pan, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Drain pineapple really well, and spread over cream mixture. Quarter bananas length wise, then slice, and dip into reserved pineapple juice for a minute(to prevent browning), then layer on top of pineapple. Whip cream (with a little sugar and vanilla) and spread over bananas.

Sprinkle with chopped pecans, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and top with cherries.
